Shipping and Returns
For our standard domestic shipping, parcels are generally sent via Australia Post.
Customer orders that include both in-stock and backorder / pre-order items will ship in full once all items have arrived. We do not part-ship orders.
Please Note: All parcels sent will require a signature on delivery. Proof of receipt is required by all Financial Institutions to prevent fraudulent transactions. Requests to leave parcels without a signature are unable to be actioned for this reason.

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in AU dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply if you choose a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
In the unfortunate event that you recieve damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us and we will arrange to recitfy the issue as expediently as possble.
