Tomb Kings of Khemri: Tomb Guard brings the elite undead warriors of Nehekhara to the battlefields of Warhammer: The Old World. This multipart plastic kit builds 20 Tomb Guard, heavily equipped skeletal infantry capable of forming an imposing phalanx around the rulers and monuments of a Tomb Kings of Khemri army.

The Tomb Guard were exceptional warriors in life, chosen to serve amongst the personal guards of Nehekhara's ancient kings. When their rulers were laid to rest, entire regiments of these loyal soldiers were entombed alongside them so that their service could continue beyond death. Now partially mummified and animated by ancient magic, they march once again beneath the banners of the Tomb Kings.

Unlike the countless skeletal warriors that make up much of Khemri's armies, the Tomb Guard retain the discipline and martial ability that distinguished them during their mortal lives. They advance in unwavering formations, presenting their enemies with ranks of armoured undead warriors who have spent countless centuries carrying out the commands of their long-dead monarchs.

This kit allows each Tomb Guard to be equipped with a decorated shield and either a bladed hand weapon or sweeping halberd. These weapon options provide different ways to equip the regiment while allowing you to give the unit a consistent appearance across its ranks.

The set also contains the components required to add a full selection of command models. Musicians can accompany the regiment into battle, while standard bearers carry imposing icons with optional vultures perched upon them. Tomb Captains can be distinguished from the warriors around them by their ornate equipment and intimidating death masks.

Enough command components are included to support different ways of organising your Tomb Guard. You can assemble them as a single imposing phalanx or create smaller formations with their own command elements, giving you flexibility as your Tomb Kings army develops.

With a broad selection of interchangeable components, the kit also offers considerable modelling variety. Different skeletal heads, shield designs, torsos, poses, and weapon arms can be combined throughout the regiment, helping prevent a large formation of Tomb Guard from looking overly uniform while maintaining the disciplined appearance appropriate to Khemri's elite infantry.

The intricate shields, ancient weapons, armour, mummified wrappings, bones, and ceremonial details also make the Tomb Guard an excellent painting project. Whether finished in the colours of an established Nehekharan dynasty or your own ancient kingdom, they can form a distinctive elite formation amongst the massed ranks of the undead.

Whether you're adding a dependable bodyguard to protect your Tomb King, assembling a heavily armed infantry regiment, or expanding an existing undead host, Tomb Kings of Khemri: Tomb Guard provides 20 characterful elite warriors ready to join your armies in the World of Legend.
