Wood Elf Realms: Battle March Army is a compact and highly mobile boxed force created for the fast-paced Battle March game mode in Warhammer: The Old World. Battle March is designed for quick games of Warhammer: The Old World using armies of approximately 400–750 points. The smaller forces make games quicker to organise and play while retaining the movement, shooting, charges, combat, and tactical decisions of a larger battle. This makes Battle March particularly approachable for players taking their first steps into Warhammer: The Old World, while also offering experienced generals a convenient format for battles when time or table space is limited.

At the head of this Wood Elf force stands Araloth, Lord of Talsyn, a celebrated warrior and noble champion of the forest realm. He provides the army with an impressive commander and a characterful centrepiece around which the rest of the force can operate.

The army's infantry includes 10 Eternal Guard, disciplined warriors who provide a solid core amongst the otherwise swift and elusive Wood Elf formations. Their presence gives the force a dependable unit capable of holding ground while the more mobile elements manoeuvre around the enemy.
