Warhammer Colour Base: Wraithbone is a warm, pale ivory acrylic paint designed to provide strong and consistent base coverage for Warhammer miniatures. Its highly pigmented Base formulation makes it an excellent starting point for bone, cream, off-white, and light neutral colour schemes, providing a solid foundation for subsequent shading, layering, and highlighting.

Wraithbone is particularly well suited to skeletal remains, skulls, armour, clothing, robes, parchment, and other areas where a warm, pale bone tone is required. Its soft ivory character makes it useful both as a primary colour and as the foundation for lighter cream and white highlights applied later in the painting process. It is also an excellent basecoat for Citadel Contrast paints, helping to produce rich colours with warm undertones.

As part of the Warhammer Colour Base range, Wraithbone is formulated specifically for painting miniatures. Base paints feature a high concentration of pigment to help hobbyists achieve dependable coverage while preserving the fine sculpted details of their models when applied in appropriately thin coats.

The versatile warm ivory tone can be used across Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Warhammer: The Old World, and other miniature ranges. It is also an excellent option for vehicles, scenery, terrain, and general modelling projects, particularly when creating bone armour, aged parchment, pale stone, and natural ivory finishes.
