Warhammer Colour Layer: Elysian Green is a muted, earthy olive-green acrylic paint designed to provide smooth, consistent colour when layering and highlighting Warhammer miniatures. Its Layer formulation makes it an excellent choice for building up natural green tones over darker base colours, adding definition to raised surfaces, and creating subtle highlights that bring out the fine details of a miniature.

Elysian Green is particularly well suited to military uniforms, armour, clothing, cloaks, equipment, camouflage, vegetation, and other areas where a natural, subdued green tone is required. Its distinctive yellow-olive character makes it useful for layering over darker greens such as Death World Forest and Castellan Green, creating smooth colour transitions, and providing a foundation for brighter highlights using colours such as Ogryn Camo.

As part of the Warhammer Colour Layer range, Elysian Green is formulated specifically for applying controlled layers of colour to miniatures. Layer paints are designed to be applied in thin coats, allowing hobbyists to gradually build up colour, create smooth transitions, and highlight raised details while preserving the fine sculpted features of their models.

The versatile olive-green tone can be used across Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Warhammer: The Old World, and other miniature ranges. It is particularly suitable for Astra Militarum uniforms and equipment, including Elysian-themed colour schemes, as well as military vehicles, camouflage patterns, foliage, scenery, terrain, and general modelling projects requiring natural green tones.
