Orks: Trukk brings one of the most characterful and essential Ork vehicles to the battlefields of Warhammer 40,000. Built for speed rather than comfort, Trukks are ramshackle transports used to carry mobs of Orks towards the enemy as quickly as possible. Covered in roughly welded armour plates, exposed machinery, oversized exhausts, and typically Orky modifications, these vehicles perfectly capture the noisy, unpredictable nature of Ork warfare.

Orks have little interest in carefully planned transportation. What matters is getting the Boyz into the fight, preferably at high speed and accompanied by as much noise, smoke, and gunfire as possible. Trukks fulfil this role admirably, racing across the battlefield with their passengers packed aboard and ready to pile out when they reach something worth fighting.

This multipart plastic kit builds an Ork Trukk for Orks armies in Warhammer 40,000. Its open transport area, rugged wheels, crude armour, mechanical components, and distinctive Ork construction give the vehicle an unmistakable silhouette. Rather than the carefully manufactured military vehicles used by many other factions, a Trukk looks as though it has been assembled from whatever useful machinery and scrap metal happened to be available – exactly as an Ork vehicle should.

On the tabletop, the Trukk provides an Ork army with a mobile transport for getting warriors across the battlefield. It is particularly useful for commanders who want to deliver their infantry towards objectives, vulnerable enemy positions, or directly into the thick of the fighting without relying entirely on advancing across the battlefield on foot.

A Trukk also fits naturally into a wide variety of Ork armies. It can accompany a fast-moving Waaagh!, support mobs of Boyz and other infantry, or join a larger collection of ramshackle Ork vehicles. Multiple Trukks can be used to create a highly mobile force, filling the battlefield with roaring engines and mobs of Orks eager to get stuck into close combat.

For hobbyists, the Ork Trukk offers an excellent opportunity to experiment with the weathered and improvised appearance associated with Ork machinery. Its armour panels and exposed mechanical components are ideal for chipped clan colours, rust, grime, oil stains, worn metal, checks, dags, glyphs, and other personalised details. The deliberately rough construction also makes the Trukk a natural candidate for additional Orky modifications and conversions.

Whether you're adding transport capacity to an established Orks army, building a fast-moving mechanised warband, or simply looking for an iconic Ork vehicle to add to your collection, the Orks: Trukk is a versatile addition to a Warhammer 40,000 force. Load up the Boyz, start the engine, and point it towards the nearest fight.
