Regardless of the text, these buttons all add the product to your shopping cart. The differing text indicates whether the item is currently in stock or not:
The product is in stock and can be added to your cart. We will pick your order and send as soon as possible |

The product is currently out of stock, but is still available from our suppliers. |

The product has not yet been released by the publisher. To ensure that you receive it as soon as it arrives (and don't miss out on limited releases) you can place an order for these items, and they will be sent out as soon as they are released. |

Items listed as special order are not held in stock. The product description will indicate the typical lead time associated with ordering this product. Once ordered, we will source the product from our supplier and send as soon as possible. |
Yes, all items are available for pick up in store - there is no delivery charge when this option is selected.
During the recent site upgrade, we migrated all possible details from the old website to the new.
However, for security reasons we were unable to migrate passwords. If you are an existing customer, you can have a new password generated and sent to your email address as follows:
- Click on Login
- Enter your email address
- Select Request New Password
A new password will be automatically sent to your email address, and you can use this to log in.
Once logged on, you will be able to set your own password as usual.
Note: these steps will also allow you to reset your password if you happen to forget your login details.
All our reviews are moderated, in order to ensure that the information is kept on topic and is 'family-friendly'.
We will publish both postive and negative reviews - a post will never be deleted just because you don't like a product. In fact, negative reviews are just as important to us as they are to you - we'd much rather sell you a great game than a dud!
A sample of things we won't publish:
- Bad language - we have a lot of kids on here, so keep it clean!
- Generally offensive posts
- Lengthy rants
- Off topic posts
- Spam
We won't edit posts to clean up any of the above, as we could inadvertently alter your meaning.
In short, the best way to get a review posted is to be constructive. Say why you did/did not like the game if possible - this means everyone can get the most benefit from your review.
You must be logged in to the Milsims website in order to post reviews. We have been receiving a great deal of spam comments lately, and so now accept comments only from registered users. Our apologies if this causes any issues, however the volume of spam has left us with no other option.
Probably our most frequently asked question. Our opening hours can be found here - this includes both regular hours as well as any special hours that may apply around public holidays.
And, of course, our website is available for orders and queries all day, every day.
Card sleeves are a great way to prevent wear and tear on your favourite games, but what size do you need?
We try and keep a list of applicable games under each card sleeve description, but the constant stream of great new games means that this list can get out of date.
