Warhammer Colour Layer: Tuskgor Fur is a warm, muted reddish-brown acrylic paint designed to provide smooth, consistent colour when layering and highlighting Warhammer miniatures. Its Layer formulation makes it an excellent choice for building up natural brown and earthy red tones over darker base colours, adding definition to raised surfaces, and creating subtle highlights that bring out the fine details of a miniature.

Tuskgor Fur is particularly well suited to animal fur, leather, skin, clothing, armour, straps, and other areas where a warm, slightly desaturated reddish-brown tone is required. Its distinctive dusty red-brown character makes it useful for highlighting darker colours such as Doombull Brown and Rhinox Hide, creating smooth colour transitions, and adding natural-looking finishing touches to miniature painting projects.

As part of the Warhammer Colour Layer range, Tuskgor Fur is formulated specifically for applying controlled layers of colour to miniatures. Layer paints are designed to be applied in thin coats, allowing hobbyists to gradually build up colour, create smooth transitions, and highlight raised details while preserving the fine sculpted features of their models.

The versatile reddish-brown tone can be used across Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Warhammer: The Old World, and other miniature ranges. It is particularly suitable for Beastmen, Tuskgors, animal fur, and weathered leather equipment, as well as monstrous creatures, wooden surfaces, scenery, terrain, and general modelling projects requiring natural, earthy highlights.
