Warhammer Colour Layer: Administratum Grey is a light, neutral grey acrylic paint designed to provide smooth, consistent colour when layering and highlighting Warhammer miniatures. Its Layer formulation makes it an excellent choice for building up pale grey tones over darker base colours, adding definition to raised surfaces, and creating subtle highlights that bring out the fine details of a miniature.

Administratum Grey is particularly well suited to armour, clothing, cloaks, robes, weapons, stonework, and other areas where a clean, light grey tone is required. Its balanced neutral-grey character makes it useful for highlighting darker colours such as Dawnstone, Mechanicus Standard Grey, and Eshin Grey, creating smooth colour transitions, and adding crisp finishing touches to miniature painting projects.

As part of the Warhammer Colour Layer range, Administratum Grey is formulated specifically for applying controlled layers of colour to miniatures. Layer paints are designed to be applied in thin coats, allowing hobbyists to gradually build up colour, create smooth transitions, and highlight raised details while preserving the fine sculpted features of their models.

The versatile light grey tone can be used across Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Warhammer: The Old World, and other miniature ranges. It is particularly suitable for Space Marine armour, Astra Militarum uniforms, and urban colour schemes, as well as military vehicles, stone buildings, concrete surfaces, scenery, terrain, and general modelling projects requiring pale grey highlights.
