Warhammer Colour Layer: Fenrisian Grey is a pale, cool blue-grey acrylic paint designed to provide smooth, consistent colour when layering and highlighting Warhammer miniatures. Its Layer formulation makes it an excellent choice for building up light, icy blue-grey tones over darker base colours, adding definition to raised surfaces, and creating crisp highlights that bring out the fine details of a miniature.

Fenrisian Grey is particularly well suited to armour, clothing, cloaks, fur, weapons, and other areas where a cool, pale blue-grey tone is required. Its distinctive icy blue character makes it useful for highlighting darker colours such as The Fang, Russ Grey, and Thunderhawk Blue, creating smooth colour transitions, and adding bright finishing touches to miniature painting projects.

As part of the Warhammer Colour Layer range, Fenrisian Grey is formulated specifically for applying controlled layers of colour to miniatures. Layer paints are designed to be applied in thin coats, allowing hobbyists to gradually build up colour, create smooth transitions, and highlight raised details while preserving the fine sculpted features of their models.

The versatile pale blue-grey tone can be used across Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Warhammer: The Old World, and other miniature ranges. It is particularly suitable for Space Wolves armour, winter-themed miniatures, and cold-weather colour schemes, as well as icy weapons, snow-covered scenery, stonework, vehicles, terrain, and general modelling projects requiring cool blue-grey highlights.
