Warhammer Colour Layer: Liberator Gold is a bright, warm gold metallic acrylic paint designed to provide smooth, consistent colour when layering and highlighting Warhammer miniatures. Its metallic Layer formulation makes it an excellent choice for building up rich golden tones over darker metallic base colours, adding definition to raised surfaces, and creating reflective highlights that bring out the fine details of a miniature.

Liberator Gold is particularly well suited to armour, weapons, shields, decorative trim, jewellery, ornaments, and other areas where a bright, polished gold metallic finish is required. Its distinctive warm golden character makes it useful for highlighting darker metallic colours such as Retributor Armour, Balthasar Gold, and Gehenna's Gold, creating smooth metallic transitions, and adding brilliant finishing touches to miniature painting projects.

As part of the Warhammer Colour Layer range, Liberator Gold is formulated specifically for applying controlled layers of colour to miniatures. Its metallic pigments create a reflective finish that helps represent polished gold surfaces. When applied in appropriately thin coats, the paint allows hobbyists to build up metallic highlights while preserving the fine sculpted details of their models.

The versatile gold metallic tone can be used across Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Warhammer: The Old World, and other miniature ranges. It is particularly suitable for Stormcast Eternals, Adeptus Custodes, Space Marine armour, and ornate fantasy warriors, as well as vehicles, ceremonial weapons, decorative architecture, scenery, terrain, and general modelling projects requiring bright gold metallic highlights.
