The world of Armageddon has endured decades of relentless warfare. Its industrial landscapes have been shattered by countless battles, leaving ruined manufactorums, damaged infrastructure, barricades, and the rusting remains of machinery scattered across the wasteland. Amongst this wreckage, small forces stalk one another through ruined buildings and fight for control of strategically important positions.

Combat Patrol: Battlezone is designed specifically to provide enough terrain and playing space for a full game of Combat Patrol. The included scenery creates plenty of cover and obstacles around which your forces can manoeuvre, making positioning and movement an important part of every engagement.

The set contains two fold-out card game boards, each measuring 762mm x 559mm. Together, these create the playing surface upon which your Combat Patrol forces can fight, providing a convenient foundation for setting up games without requiring a separate gaming mat.

Also included are 16 full-colour, double-sided Terrain Objective Markers. These card pieces represent the footprints of buildings and other battlefield features, making it easier to establish consistent terrain layouts and clearly identify the areas occupied by scenery.

Each Terrain Objective Marker is manufactured from 1.5mm thick card and features a high-quality, water-resistant finish. This surface helps miniatures remain in position when placed on top of the markers during a game.

The main attraction of the set is its collection of 15 modular push-fit Battlefield Armageddon terrain pieces. These include large and small Manufactorum Ruins alongside industrial structures such as a Shock Array, Capacitor Stack, Generator Shrine, Galvanic Pylons, and Rockcrete Barricades.

The scenery can be assembled in standard configurations suitable for matching prescribed battlefield layouts, helping players recreate consistent Combat Patrol battlefields. Alternatively, the modular pieces can be combined in different ways to construct alternative structures, giving you greater freedom when creating your own battlefields and narrative scenarios.
